RHYTHMS OF REST℠

Season 2 starts August 23

Season 2 Coming This Sunday...

The wellness industry is worth more than six trillion dollars today, and burnout among senior leaders has not gone down. In fact, it's increasing.

Most people think they are burned out from too much work. They are actually burned out from the wrong rhythms.

Season two opens with that question. Three issues in a row starting August 16, one a week instead of my usual every other week.

Here is what is coming:

August 23: why a decade of self-care, mindfulness apps, and balance frameworks left owner/executive burnout worse, not better, and the four-chamber alternative I call RHYTHMS OF REST℠.

August 30: why the grind that built you at 32 is the same grind destroying you at 42, 52, or 62, and the illusion almost every driven leader is still operating under.

September 6: why confession was never change, and what vulnerability done improperly can actually cost the leaders doing it.

Three weeks. Three arguments the wellness industry will not make. Then back to the regular schedule, every other week.

Check out the season 2 teaser here or watch it on YouTube. If you're subscribed to the podcast already, you'll see it there.

First issue lands August 23.

PS - The REST Assessment has been updated. Retake it; the report on the other end has changed and gives you an exact next step. Now takes under 3 minutes.

Whenever you're ready, there are four ways I can help you...

  1. Try the REST Assessment to identify exactly where you are on the burnout scale—from Thriving to Critical—so you can take the next right step.
